Amazing win for German’s pilots’ union Vereinigung Cockpit against German airline Lufthansa on the basis no strikes will take place until June-2023.
Clearly in the wrong profession as a career advisor! Seriously, massive win for the pilots from entry level receiving 20% more basic pay and captains 5.5% more. A great agreement for both parties. UK have something to learn from Germany’s level of Union involvement, collaboration and employee voice!
